Boaz is responsible for the overall activities of several development centers of Wix in Europe, establishing new sites and overseeing planning, budgets, local partnerships, legal issues, recruiting, human resources and cross-organizational team processes. But the most fun part of his job is creating a cool and unique working environment for employees.
Joining over 5 years ago, Boaz brought his vast experience in leading operations in top technological organizations to Wix. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Matrix Global, where he was responsible for company growth and activities in Eastern European development centers. Before that, he was the co-founder and head of operations at several startups.
Boaz holds a BA in computer science from IDC Hertzliya in Israel, and an MBA from the Kellogg Recanati International program of Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University.
During his 25 hours a day, he likes to run marathons and participate in other challenging events, travel off-road mainly in deserted areas and to volunteer in several NGOs mentoring others in life and career issues.
